My favorite bit is probably the ‘Electronic Mail’ example:
HELLO PETER. THIS IS HUGH. WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU?
HUGH. I NEED THE GO AHEAD TO PURCHASE THE NEW EQUIPMENT.
OK HUGH. YOU HAVE MY OFFICIAL GO AHEAD ON IT.
THANKS HUGH. GOODBYE
